Hunter-Gatherer Archaeology & Anthropology: Call for Papers
The international online-and-print journal:
Before Farming: the archaeology and anthropology of hunter gatherers
is seeking contributions on all aspects of hunter-gatherer studies, but is particularly interested in the following themes for its four 2008 issues:
- reconsidering the concept of complexity
- the behavioural ecology of beliefs
- childhood, senescence and socialisation: comparative approaches
- archaeology and anthropology of Southeast Asia
Papers are peer reviewed and published first online, and in a paperback volume at year end. The time from submission to online publication can be as little as two months and is rarely more than four. Visit our Author and reviewer guidelines for submission details.
Before Farming is listed in the International Bibliography of the Social Sciences, IBSS, database.
